YEAR END BANQUET VOLUNTEERS

We need some help for set up, clean up and a few other jobs at the year end banquet to be held on April 3.

If you can help out please send an email to Bean Hamilton at pathbean@shaw.ca

SUNSHINE CAMP

We are looking to resume the May Sunshine Camp this year now that the renovations at Sunshine Village are complete.  This is a two or three day camp at Sunshine village for athletes final year E2 and up. It focused on ski skills only. No gates.  We stay on the mountain so there is no driving involved. Tradition has it that Rod Timm spends a day with the parents to work on their ski skills as well.  This is a great low key year ender event for the entire family.   Those that have been before will give this event rave reviews.  We are looking at May 15 to 17, 2010.  Here is what you need to do:
1 – If you think you may want to attend please email Thorna Lawrence at thornal@shaw.ca NO LATER THAN MARCH 15, 2010.
Thank you to Thorna for stepping up to organize this event.

MT. HOOD – Dates for the Mt Hood camp will be:

Camp 1 – On snow Aug 14-19
Camp 2 = On snow Aug 21-26

More details to follow.

CLOSING THOUGHT

We have only about a month to go before the closing banquet.  I know everyone starts to get a little volunteered out by this time of year and is starting to think about biking and golf.  Do not fade on me yet!  We have had a banner year on the volunteer front and we need your help for a few more weeks.  Stay with me!!!

Chris

PS – Thank you to those who sent a few photos and updates this week. Next week I will be off of Webmail and can include those.  Keep sending me your FAST moments.
